Meet Energy Efficient Solutions

	Chuck Worley - Owner Mr. Worley formed Energy Efficient in 2001 and has served as Chief Operating Officer since its founding. Chuck is a graduate of the Newport News Shipbuilders Apprentice School Program and worked at the Shipyard as a Journeyman and Certified Master HVAC Mechanic. Mr. Worley worked for several HVAC companies in the Hampton Roads community before reaching the conclusion that none of the people he worked for were as committed to service and product quality as they should be. Mr. Worley is the Company's visionary, driving the organization to ever greater levels of quality and customer satisfaction. For the past five years, Mr. Worley has conducted the Company's customer Happy Visit that follows the installation of every new or replacement system. Mr. Worley provides his leadership team with feedback that allows Energy Efficient to maintain its competitive advantage and impressive growth rate.
	Lisa Worley - Owner The Company's financial functions are overseen by Lisa Worley. Ms. Worley earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the College of William & Mary and has served as the Energy Efficient's Chief Financial Officer since the company was founded. Lisa is responsible for overseeing all the financial transactions of the Company including financial reporting, working capital management, payroll processing, accounts receivable and accounts payable processing. Lisa serves as a member of the customer service team when necessary.
	Steve Wetzler - Vice President of Production  Mr. Wetzler brings over 14 years of residential new construction, light commercial and retrofit HVAC installation experience to Energy Efficient. He came to the Company in 2001 and served as its CAPS installer. Many of the Company's Quality Control systems and benchmarks that ensure customer satisfaction have been created and monitored by Mr. Wetzler. Steve is responsible for supervising the Company's installation and warehousing functions and ensuring that all of his staff is properly trained and equipped to provide the highest quality installation services.  Steve holds certifications from Trane, the National Comfort Institute and a number of HVAC system manufacturers so that he can ensure that all systems installed by Energy Efficient are properly designed, installed, balanced and tested during the installation process.
	Rhiannon Sellman - Marketing and Sales Coordinator Rhiannon joined EEHC in 2006 and serves as the Company's Marketing and Sales Coordinator. Ms. Sellman is responsible for the company's marketing, website, sales and service efforts. She is also tasked with monitoring client satisfaction for every department.
	Susan Biggs - Installation Coordinator Susan joined EEHC in 2006 as the Service Dispatcher and now serves as the Installation Coordinator.  Ms. Biggs works with our clients receiving first time installations, replacement systems and system upgrades to ensure timely production and to manage customer expectations, as well as, coordinating all company training and travel arrangements.
